Welcome to the 1st Grimsargh Scout Group website! We are a team of volunteers who have been trained to run the Scouting programme, in Grimsargh, Preston.
Each week our Beaver Colony, Cub Pack, Scout Troop and Explorer Unit meet to take part in the great adventure that is the Scouting Movement.

Cubs 100th Anniversary Camp
Waddacre Scout Camp is the location of the County Cub Camp in celebration of 100 years of Cubs.

​Littledale Cub Camp
It's a great year for Cub Scouts in Grimsargh. We have another camp. On Friday 8th July we're heading up to Littledale for our Summer Camp. See our Event's page as more details are published.
NEWS
Blackpool Pleasure Beach - Cubs Takeover.
On Saturday 6th February, our Cub Pack joined 8000 other Cubs from across the North West in what was a brilliant day out at Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
It was all part of the Cubs 100 celebrations in which Blackpool Pleasure Beach was opened exclusively for Cub Scouts. It was a brilliant day, full of great memories!
​1st Grimsargh Remembers.
As a Group we take part in two Parades each year. Firstly, our Remembrance Sunday Parade, 8th November 2015 10:00 at St. Michael's Church was a nice was of showing support for those who sacrificed much.
Secondly, the St. Georges Day Parade, Sunday 24th April, well attended by our Beavers, Cubs & Scouts!
